Classic Cape
The owners of this home came to us seeking to build a classic Cape-style residential compound complete with a three-car garage, pool, outdoor grill, and pool house. Their site is upland of a beautiful marsh, nestled within a forest, so we sited the home to take the best advantage of the sunset views across the marsh. We developed a phasing strategy that allowed the owners to take up residency in the pool house while the builders completed the main house, garage, and extensive landscaping. The interior of the home features lofted ceilings in an open concept living area, a cozy office, a pantry, and three bedrooms on one level. The garage, with porte-cochere, provides plenty of storage for the many activities the family now enjoys on the property: swimming, gardening, and practicing on their private putting green!
